Pet Policy

Cat, Dog Max Number of Pets: 2 Max Weight of Pets: 25 Pet Monthly Rent Min:$50 Pet Policy: • Dogs must be licensed. • A veterinarian certificate must be provided verifying the pet’s breed and current vaccinations. • A photograph must be provided for each pet. • An additional deposit of $500.00 per pet is due prior to move-in. • Additional monthly rent will be charged of $50 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets per apartment. The following breeds are not accepted at this community: Doberman Pinscher •Pit Bull/pit bull mix Terrier, Stafford Terrier) •Rottweiler •Chow Chow •Press Canario •German Shepherd •Wolf Dog • Important Note: Service Animals are not pets and are not subject to the above criteria.
